Excellent handbook really for any type of research. The authors guide you through the process with multiple examples and worksheet tools to help you plan and execute good research. I have been running SoTL workshops at my university and have recommended this book to many colleagues, who all also have great things to say about it. It's a great guidebook for anyone looking to start SoTL research of any kind, especially if you are new to educational/social science research.
